To make inquiries regarding your account balance or to make payments over the phone, please call our automated account access system. For 24-hour automated access, please call 1-855-708-3786. You will be required to furnish your web ID number to access your account information. Your web ID number can be found on your monthly bill.

To pay your utility bill online you will need to have your 11 digit ACCOUNT NUMBER and 5 digit WEB ID NUMBER to register your account. You can locate both of these on your most recent bill. To see samples of the location of these numbers, click here for the account number or here for the WEB ID number. You are only required to register your account the first time you login. When you return each month to pay your bill online, you will simply be required to enter the username and password that you selected to access your account.
