To make inquiries regarding your account balance or to make payments over the phone, please call our 24 hour automated account access system at 1-833-454-2973. You will be required to furnish your web ID number to access your account information. Your web ID number can be found on your monthly bill.

To pay your utility bill online you will need to have the first four letters of the account holders name and 5 digit WEB ID NUMBER to register your account. You can locate both of these on your most recent bill. To see samples of the location click HERE for your WEB ID number. You are only required to register your account the first time you login.

“Funding our Future”

DWU has identified needs to acquire land for future growth, replace aging buildings, infrastructure and equipment and convert to new technologies, some of which is due to new legislation.   These needs coupled with the rising cost of materials and labor necessitated a twelve (12) percent rate increase for water and sewer rates to pay for these improvements to serve our members.  The rate increase is effective with the January 2022 billing.
