To make inquiries regarding your account balance or to make payments over the phone, please call our 24 hour automated account access system at 1-833-454-2973. You will be required to furnish your web ID number to access your account information. Your web ID number can be found on your monthly bill.

To pay your utility bill online you will need to have the first four letters of the account holders name and 5 digit WEB ID NUMBER to register your account. You can locate both of these on your most recent bill. To see samples of the location for your WEB ID number click HERE. You are only required to register your account the first time you login.
